Hotel Mystays Yokohama Kannai - Yokohama (Kanagawa)

I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. First, although my room was spacious, the temperature control was problematic. The central heating system was excessively hot, and the only solution provided by the staff was to open the window and use a portable fan. Particularly, having the heating unit locked left me feeling uncomfortable throughout the night. While the hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the dated decor was somewhat disappointing. I had expected more modern amenities.

had good sleep at the superior queen room with queen bed, ventilation system, for example. it had an electric kettle and a fridge. the location was particularly good, close to restaurants and a stadium. a convenience shop and a market were right next door.

The location was marvellous and decent, not too far from Nogeyama Zoological Park. It was functional, spotless and with nice bathroom. The staff were pleasant and knew their area.

I found the hotel clean and modern, but the pillows were quite flat. The location near the subway was very convenient.

Everyone was diligent and the breakfast was free and very tasty. The room was brand-new and functional with nice bathroom, ventilation system, comfy bed, we were quite satisfied.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was lovely modern and fully equipped and had amazing location near the railway, and the subway, EASY ACCESS THERETO and cup noodles museum. The breakfast was free and very tasty with food running out 45 minutes before the end of the session; and the staff was diligent!

The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and JR stations. The convenience of nearby restaurants and stores made exploring the area good. The staff were nice and helpful, attending to my requests promptly.

Room sizes are small.

the bed was kinda hard and made it tough to get comfy at night. but the location was super convenient, just a short walk from the station, and staff were really helpful. my room was spacious and clean with a nice view.

The location was perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk to the bay. The helpful staff made check-in easy, and we found a great yakiniku spot nearby for dinner. It genuinely met our needs for a weekend escape.

The clean and modern atmosphere of Mystays in Yokohama stood out immediately. My Superior Queen Room was spacious, allowing enough room to fully open my luggage. The bathtub in the bathroom added a nice touch. The hotel staff were cute and helpful. Though the location was convenient, just a short walk from the JR and subway stations, the collective cooling system in the building created some discomfort. Individual control would have been better during the hot summer nights. Using mini portable fans helped, but a room AC unit would have been ideal. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor was decent, especially with a skilled chef, but service in the restaurant could improve. It took quite a while to get basic items like water. My stay was enjoyable but some adjustments in the air conditioning and dining service could enhance the experience.

We loved the hotel's location, just a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and Osanbashi Terminal.

My wife says that having a water purifier in the room would make it easier for families with kids to stay hydrated.

Great location and the room had a nice desk, but Wi-Fi was spotty.

Our family stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Twin Room, Non-Smoking. The bed was comfy, and everything was super clean. The room had a tv, refrigerator, and private bathroom with a nice shower. Spa facilities were really relaxing too. The location was fantastic, easy walking to attractions and restaurants nearby. Lots of good food options around!

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and my spacious double room with two double beds was comfortable.

This fantastic hotel is in a very central location near the Minato Mirai Area. It's conveniently close to Kannai station, a convenience store, and various restaurants. - Just a short ride away from Tokyo.
